-today over 5000 Americans annually go for heart bypass surgery from clogged arteries, this costs 100000 to each person

-in nations without dairy and meat there is less disease

-America is the sickest nation despite spending the most on healthcare

-in WW2 without meat and diary there was much less strokes and heart attacks, then after the war we got the meat and dairy back and it went rocketed up again.

-many are fully functional in their 80’s and 90’s because of a diet of rice and vegetables

-studies show protein in meat causes cancer. The same amount of protein from plants causes no rise in cancer.

-cancer starts with genes, you can be born with it, or have mutations from chemicals you intake

-nutrients from animals promote cancer growth, while nutrients from plants don’t.

-unaturally rich or processed food registers to our brains as not satiating us, so we think we aren’t full when we are

-unatural highly concentrated processed foods hijack the pleasure process like drugs

-sugar fat and salt foods become addictions, they become drugs.

-many people believe that the pill must be relied on to survive

-when we switch to a plant based diet, our cells and arteries which are damaged will not only stop getting worse, but they will heal.

-irrectile disfunction is the first indicator of cardiovascular disease and is healed by a plant based whole foods diet; the body isn’t compartmentalized- if you have disease someplace of your body, you have it everywhere.

-many people call this whole foods plant based diet extreme, but the real extreme is having open heart surgery because of heart conditions, even sewing veins from your leg into your heart.

-Mac Danzig an MMA fighter is vegan. He says fighters needing to have fish and chicken is a myth. So it’s not just skinny hippies who are vegan. He says he feels better this way and gets better from his workouts faster.

-all whole foods have calcium so we need not rely on milk. Osteoperosis is degenerating bones from lack of calcium, but actually nations with high calcium intake have high levels of hip fractures, a main indicator of osteoporosis.

-having low fat milk or fat free milk causes cancer because of the ratio of protein with it etc.

-cow milk is for cows not humans

-blood sugar in the 60’s is normal

-the “My Pyramid” which is currently in use which has replaced the old food pyramid still allows a terrible diet

-the schools have government subsidies from places which sell meats and dairies, hence there is much of that in public schools. Their policies favor the food industry.

-redirecting the grain used to feed cattle could feed all hungry people on earth. It could feed 8.7 billion people.

-looking at the heart disease deaths in countries, those with more meat and dairy products have the highest.

-Texans etc have grilling teams, they eat meat for their sport! They associate eating meat with being manly

-52% of firefighters who die is from heart disease

-with just weeks of a vegan diet your heart disease chance can be cut in half.

-over 70% of calls to firefighters are for medical reasons
